	The Mahalashmi Women's College is managed and administered by Thiru S.Kunjithapatham, the Founder Chairman. The managing commuter assist the M.D., Dean and the Prinicpal in all decisive matters.

Mr.S.K. Thirukumaran F.D., M.B.A (Japan)

Mr.S.K. Thirukumaran, the young & dynamic Managing Director, who completed his B.B.M. Degree in University of Madras, went to Japan for his higher studies. He did his Fashion Designing course in Bunka University, Japan, and he had mastery over Japanese language. He is looking after day to day activities of our college for its growth & development besides his position as General Manager in Mahalashmi Garments Exports, Chennai.

Dean

Dr. C. Ananthanarayanan M.Sc.,Ph.D.

The Dean Professor. C. Ananthanarayanan got his B.Sc , M.Sc., and Ph.D in the University of Madras. After his education he had been in the teaching profession for all over 40 years. He has published number of papers in scientific journals. He was appointed as one of the member by the President of India to serve All India Siddha Pharmocopea Committee for a period of three years which was responsible for preparing standardising the Siddha drugs.

Dr.Tmt. Jeyanthi Namasivayam M.A., M.Phil., Ph.D.

Dr.Tmt. Jeyanthi Namasivayam M.A., M.Phil., Ph.D., is a multifacted, dynamic and dedicatd person holding rich and abiding experience in academic and administration for over a period of 27 years. She has acted as a peer team member of UGC Question bank preparation. She has presented number of papers in National and State level seminars. Her specialization is in women studies and an active member of AIWC.

Her mission is 'empowerment of women' in the right sense of the term and to prepare the students to meet the challenges of globalization through enhancement of skills. Driven by higher standard and greater accountability the Principal is heading progressive changes in our college campus in a collaborative way.

Member, College Committee	Mr. C.V. Harikrishnan B.E.
	Mr.C.V. Harikrishnan B.E, the member of the college committee who is lending his best efforts to develop the computer lab infrastructure and net facility in the campus. He is also the advisor for the Computer Science department of our college.

Member, College Committee	Mr. S.K. Senthilkumar D.B.A
	Mr. S.K. Senthilkumar, the member of our college who finished his D.B.A from an Australian University. While studying he underwent intensive Tennis coaching in Poops Tennis School, Brisbane, Australia. He is the advisor for sports committee of the college and also lending best efforts to develop the extra-curricular activities of the college.
